Wenchuan is a stop worth stopping at in the hometown of Yu the Great. In one day, between Yingxiu and Luobozhai, encounter the unique atmosphere of Wenchuan.
Before venturing deep into Wenchuan, Yingxiu's presence had already arrived. Seeing that scene from afar, even the fatigue from traveling quietly eased, and she just wanted to stand a little longer.
Luobozhai is the most visually stunning part of Wenchuan. Following its veins slowly, every corner hides a different expression, stretching time and space here.
Avoiding the crowds and slipping into Dayu, Wenchuan reveals its true self. The elderly, alleys, stove fires, and laughter are remembered before the scenic spots do.
After nightfall, the Wenchuan earthquake site lights up, and the warm yellow glow gently embraces the grandeur of the day. Sitting down and doing nothing is also a form of arrival.
When leaving Wenchuan, I felt a bit reluctant, but Yingxiu played back in my mind. But it was precisely this reluctance that proved the trip was worthwhile—it quietly left a part of itself with you.
