Thimphu: palace and marketplace

Thimphu is a stop worth making a special stop in the Thunder Dragon Capital. For 2 days and 1 night, between Tashi Chok Tong and Tagin, you'll encounter the unique atmosphere of Thimphu.

Before he even ventured deep into Thimphu, Tashi Quezong's presence had already arrived. From afar, seeing that scene, even the fatigue from traveling quietly eased, and he just wanted to stand a little longer.

Tagin is the most captivating part of Thimphu. Following its veins slowly, every corner hides a different expression, stretching time and space here.

Avoiding the crowds and slipping into the weekend market, Thimphu reveals itself as it truly is. Old people, alleys, stoves, and laughter all settle in your memory before the sights do.

After nightfall, the temples in Thimphu are lit up, and the warm yellow glow gently embraces the grandeur of the day. Sitting down and doing nothing is also a form of arrival.
