Provence is a pastoral poem of southern France. Five days and four nights, spent a sun-soaked summer among lavender, sunflowers, and the old town.

In July, the lavender fields in Valensole stretch endlessly, with purple waves rising and falling in the wind, filling the air with a sweet fragrance. Photos taken between the ridges of the fields, the hem of the skirt matches the flower sea, making it the most photogenic backdrop for this trip.

The Avignon Papal Palace was once the center of Catholicism worldwide, and the nursery rhymes of the Broken Bridge (Ponte Saint-Benezé) are still sung today. The cobblestone streets and cafés of the old town are examples of slow living in southern France.

Saint-Rémy was where Van Gogh recuperated and created 'Starry Night.' The wheat fields and olive trees outside the sanatorium still resemble his paintings to this day. Chasing Van Gogh's footsteps by bike—romantic and artistic.

Gold and the Red Clay City, two cliffs and ochre-colored medieval towns, stone houses glow honey-colored under the sunlight. From the mountaintop, overlooking the Luberon Valley, it's a postcard-worthy scene.

The sweetness of Provence is a leisurely flavor marinated by sunlight. When you nibble on croissants by the lavender fields or watch sheep pass by, you will understand: happiness can be so specific.
