Nima: The lake and the wind

Nima is a stop worth stopping at in the heart of northern Tibet. In one day, between Dangreh Yongtso and Daguo Snow Mountain, encounter the unique atmosphere of Nima.

Before he even ventured deep into Nima, the presence of Re Yongcuo had already arrived. From afar, seeing that scene, even the fatigue from traveling quietly eased, and he just wanted to stand a little longer.

Snow Mountain is the most visually stunning part of the scene. Following its veins slowly, every corner hides a different expression, stretching time and space here.

Avoiding the crowds, you slip into Wenbu, and it shows its true form. Old people, alleys, stoves, and laughter all settle in your memory before the scenic spots.

After nightfall, the wilderness of Nima lights up, and the warm yellow glow turns the grandeur of the day into gentleness. Sitting down and doing nothing is also a kind of arrival.

When leaving Nima, I felt a bit reluctant, but the memory of Dangre Yungcuo played back in my mind. But it was precisely this reluctance that proved the trip was worthwhile—it quietly left a part of itself within you.
