Jiuzhaigou: Water and colorful forests in a fairytale world

Jiuzhaigou is a color palette favored by nature. Three days and two nights, from the Tiffany Blue of Wuhuahai to the waterfalls of Nuorilang, stepping into an unreal fairy tale between colorful forests and lakes.

Returning from Jiuzhai, you don't see the water—this saying is true. Wuhuahai is the heart of Jiuzhai. The lake water shows a gradient of blue, green, and yellow due to minerals and algae, and the dead trees beneath the water are clearly visible, like a glowing piece of jade. On clear days without wind, it's its most soul-stirring moment.

Nuorilang Waterfall is 300 meters wide, making it the widest calcified waterfall in China. Water rushes down from the trees, its sound thunderous yet gentle. In autumn, the colorful forests on both banks are reflected in the water curtain, creating the most classic postcard scene in Jiuzhai.

Delve deep into Changhai and the Five-Colored Pool. Changhai is the largest lake in Jiuzhai, quietly nestled among the snow-capped mountains; Though small, the Five-Color Pool is the most colorful and is praised as the "Jade Pool of the Human World." The higher the altitude, the purer the water.

Coming to Jiuzhai in autumn is the peak. The colorful forest dyes the hillside red, yellow, orange, and purple, reflecting on the lake surface like a mirror sea, where water and sky blend into one. In the morning, Mirror Sea is windless like a mirror, replicating the entire mountain into the water, making it impossible to tell real from fake.

The wonders of Jiuzhai are fairy tales written by water. When you stand by the lake and watch the light change the color of the water every second, you will believe that there really is a "fairyland" in this world, but it is locked away in the deep valleys of western Sichuan.
