Hongyuan is a stop in the heart of the grasslands worth making a special visit. In one day, between Moon Bay and Emei Pond, you will encounter the unique atmosphere of Hongyuan.

Before venturing deep into the Red Plains, the scent of Moon Bay arrived first. From afar, seeing that scene, even the fatigue from traveling quietly eased, and I just wanted to stand a little longer.

Emei Pond is the most captivating part of the Red Plain. Following its veins slowly, every corner hides a different expression, stretching time and space here.

Avoiding the crowds and slipping into Riganqiao, the Red Plain reveals its true self. The elderly, alleys, stove fires, and laughter all settle into memory before the scenic spots.

After nightfall, the yaks on the Red Plains turn on their lights, and the warm yellow light turns the grandeur of the day into gentleness. Sitting down and doing nothing is also a form of arrival.

When leaving Hongyuan, you feel a bit reluctant, but what plays in your mind is Moon Bay. But it is precisely this reluctance that proves the trip was worthwhile—it quietly left a part of itself with you.
