Otaru is the most visually stunning part of Hokkaido. Following its veins slowly, every corner hides a different expression, stretching time and space here.
Avoiding the crowds and slipping into the suburbs of Sapporo, Hokkaido reveals its true self. Elderly people, alleys, stoves, and laughter all settle in memories before the sights do.
After nightfall, Hokkaido's lakes light up, and the warm yellow glow gently embraces the grandeur of the day. Sitting down and doing nothing is also a form of arrival.
