Before venturing deep into Beidaihe, the atmosphere of Pigeonwog Park arrived first. From afar, seeing that scene, even the fatigue from traveling quietly eased, and I just wanted to stand a little longer.
Zhonghai Beach is the most visually stunning part of Beidaihe. Following its veins slowly, every corner hides a different expression, stretching time and space here.
Avoiding the crowds and slipping into Biluota, Beidaihe reveals its true self. The elderly, alleys, stoves, and laughter all enter your memory before the scenic spots.
After nightfall, the coastal boardwalk in Beidaihe is lit up, and the warm yellow glow turns the grandeur of the day into a gentle embrace. Sitting down and doing nothing is also a form of arrival.
When leaving Beidaihe, I felt a bit reluctant, but what played in my mind was Pigeon Nest Park. But it was precisely this reluctance that proved the trip was worthwhile—it quietly left a part of itself with you.
