Yinchuan
#城市旅行攻略 Friends, when you come to Yinchuan, don't navigate to 'Furong Ancient City.' Otherwise, like me, you'll almost dive into a villa 😂 community in Yongning County. It's a purely residential area and not open to the public at all. All those videos online about high-altitude rafting, cute pets, and 29.9 yuan tickets are mixed-up from other scenic spots and have nothing to do with Yinchuan.
The most sought-after spot for a night tour and ancillary style check-in is actually Yinchuan Cultural City · Phoenix Fantasy City (also called Phoenix Fantasy City on the Great Wall), located on Beijing Middle Road in Jinfeng District. 56 buildings imitating Ming and Qing dynasty architecture, blending Huizhou style with frontier style, night lights, performances, and Hanfu streets all available—free to visit! Both locals and tourists love to come, though they often mistakenly call it "Furong Ancient City" or "Furong Xianxia City."
