#寺庙旅行 Woke up at 7 a.m., feeling full of energy, planning to spend the whole day slowly exploring Hangzhou.
I had arranged to go to Lingyin Temple at 8 a.m. to pray for blessings. Strolling through the Zen-filled ancient temple, my mind was at peace. At 9:30, I strolled into the Hangzhou Botanical Garden, surrounded by greenery—every casual photo was a healing forest vibe. At 10:30, I arrived at Quyuan Fenghe and found the super popular Dreamcore fish tank setup. The golden fish tank paired with West Lake was simply the perfect photo spot for summer.
Near noon, we found a window seat by West Lake, surrounded by greenery, and enjoyed a two-person lunch with friends. I also ordered a bowl of crayfish mixed with Sichuan separately—who can understand the joy of eating alone! After dinner, I went to the lakeside to feed the white pigeons, watching them walk leisurely—the sense of relaxation was truly healing.
In the afternoon, continue walking along West Lake. At 2 p.m., pass by Jinniu Chushui beside West Lake Tiandi, stand on the bridge watching the people come and go. At 3 p.m., I photographed the same Yanye Ting model at Yongjinmen Tunnel, with a full Japanese vibe. Then I went to Qianwang Shrine to visit the lotus exhibition. The ancient style and Song style were perfect for photos. At 4:30 pm, we arrived at the classic bridge arch known for 'Willows and Singing Orioles'—a must-visit spot for the Ten Scenic Spots of West Lake.
In the evening, I went to Xiaxu 2.0 and had a double combo gelato to cool off. For dinner, I specifically found an old Hangzhou countryside restaurant. The atmosphere was lively and the flavors were very authentic. At 7 p.m., just after dark, I had a drink with my sister by West Lake, chatting in the evening breeze—the atmosphere was absolutely top-notch. At 8 PM, carrying a bag full of greenery and happily heading back, this citywalk in Hangzhou is over. I'll come again next time!
